Wow, is it hot outside. That didn't stop me from playing soccer, scoring two goals and defending another on the Mall in front of the United States Capitol. Fun stuff.

Shoes have been up and down. I am still figuring out the formula for what makes an efficient use of advertising dollars. In any case, this write-up from MetaEfficient is welcome, as was this very well done piece on the Celebrity Baby Blog. We've continued to update the site, with new photos of the Hermes, additional styles of the Athena, and a completely new style, Apollo.

Last week, Yin had her birthday, which we celebrated by going to our new favorite restaurant, Zaytinya. Wow, do they have great food and drinks!

Artemis is really a ball, too. She has so much personality, it's scary sometimes. She has two friends, older girls who are also half Thai, named Acacia and Jasmine. Artemis gazed in the mirror, and said "Acacia? No, that's Artemis." To herself. How weird is that? She also likes to play sleepy time with Ernie. She'll say "I'm so tired" (which Ernie says), or she'll pull the blankets over Ernie and herself and pretend to sleep, making loud "Hush....Shhhhh.....Hush....Shhhh" sleeping sounds. It's a riot!

What's not so funny is she won't go to sleep until after midnight. Of course she sleeps until 10 AM so I guess she's just like...Daddy! And Mommy!
