Goshen is one of the nicer areas around Lexington. It's very popular in spring, so on this chilly March day it was deserted. Almost.

We did a little shopping. This place Neon Bamboo is really excellent - lots of cute stuff like Chinese paper kites, lamps, original artwork...and furniture!! I absolutely love this "tea for two" chair.

The next set of photos are from Lexington, Virginia, home of my alma mater Washington & Lee University. We had lots of fun visiting the campus - we admired the new buildings, I met with my Mathematics advisor, and we did a bit of shopping. Campus looks great! Lex is as good as ever! All around a good trip. And Artemis did some swimming!
